Outstanding steak. I had a rare tenderloin steak. The steak was done in an oven that heats to 800°C. Makes the outside of the steak light crisp and the inside was nice and tender. Simply delicious. I had it served with butter and salad. I also ordered the tiger shrimps as hors d'oeuvre. Delicious. The ambience is delightfully romantic situated right next to the church tower from where the name of the restaurant. Friendly and amicable staff. Loved the restaurant. Recommend highly.

Had dinner in the beer garden with a nice little koi pond in the middle. The food was excellent and large portions, so finishing everything was a challenge. Staff made an effort to speak English as not everyone in our party spoke German.

My family and I were randomly passing by and we couldn't have made a better stop! The food (especially the farmersteak and the hamburger) were delicious and both the lady working at the restaurant were lovely to us! I really recommend this place
